Most businesses don’t struggle because people aren’t capable, they struggle because the way things are set up makes everything harder than it needs to be.

Over time, systems get bolted on, processes evolve without structure, and workarounds become the norm. Things still function, but they’re slower, messier, and more frustrating than they should be.
