Straight Forward, Practical and Easy to Work With
Straight Forward, Practical and Easy to Work With
I’ve spent over 20 years working inside complex organisations, fixing systems, improving processes, and helping businesses run properly.
That work has taken me across the UK and internationally, including projects in the Middle East, Singapore, Italy, Sweden, and South Korea.
I’ve worked at senior and director level, building and delivering systems across multiple countries, in environments where things have to work, not just look good on paper.
And across all of that experience, one thing has stayed consistent:
Most businesses don’t struggle because people aren’t capable.
They struggle because their systems are messy, disconnected, or harder than they need to be.

And across all of that experience, one thing has stayed consistent:
Most businesses don’t struggle because people aren’t capable.
They struggle because their systems are messy, disconnected, or harder than they need to be.

After years working in large organisations, I wanted to bring that experience somewhere it actually makes a difference.
Small businesses are often under the most pressure, but don’t have access to the same level of support, systems, or clarity that larger organisations take for granted. They’re expected to figure it all out themselves.
That’s what this business is built for. To give business owners:
Clarity
Structure
Practical support that actually helps things run more effectively
And to do that locally, getting to know people, being part of the community, and helping businesses operate in a way that’s sustainable.
I believe that everyone deserves to feel mentally steady, emotionally supported, and safe in their own mind. My mission is simple: to make mental health understandable, approachable, and something people can genuinely work on in real, everyday life.
Through therapy, coaching, and guided support, I help individuals and organisations build emotional resilience, strengthen self-awareness, and create environments — at home and at work — where wellbeing is prioritised and people feel able to thrive.

After leaving the West Country I started to bloom as my life, confidence and self-esteem blossomed. I graduated from the University of Liverpool and carved out a thriving career in people development working within Social Welfare organisations, such as: Education, Skills and Employability, Health and Social Care and Charities. My career led me internationally supporting with new business projects and ventures in Australia, China, Poland and the UAE. But the limiting beliefs that plagued me as a child continued to drive my ambition in unsustainable ways, impacting my psychological wellbeing negatively.

I’m not a typical consultant. I’m an extra brain for your business, a part-time partner who stays in the room to make sure your systems actually work. I don’t really have a “corporate” way of describing what I do.
If you asked the people I’ve worked with over the last 20 years, they’d probably just say I’m the person they go to when they’re stuck. I’m the one who ends up with the work no one else knows how to do.
In every role I’ve had, I’ve ended up with a pile of projects that didn’t fit anywhere else, the messy ones.
Broken processes
Data that didn’t make sense
Software that everyone hated using

That’s the work I enjoy. I like getting into the detail of a business and untangling those knots.

I speak “human” and “computer.” I’ve spent most of my career sitting between the people who build systems and the people who actually have to use them.
What I’ve learned is this: MOST tech problems aren’t technical, they’re communication problems.
I don’t use jargon.
I don’t hide behind big words.
I listen to what you need your business to do, and then I make sure the systems and processes do it.

I’m a logic-first person. Maybe it comes from my background in maths, but I’ve always been able to see the straight line through a mess. If your day is full of:
Workarounds
Duplication
Doing things the long way because “that’s just how it works”
…I’m the person who finds the simpler way.
I’m not interested in adding more tools or complexity. I’m interested in what actually makes sense for your business, and your sanity.

I work best with business owners who:
Know something isn’t working
Are open to change
And want to improve how their business runs
The best results come from people who are:
Proactive
Realistic
Willing to adapt how they work, not just expect systems to fix everything
Because better systems and better ways of working go hand in hand.
